Sarnia Skittles Club - Player Registration

In order to play for a team in the Sarnia Skittles Club (the "Club") Leagues and Tournaments (the "League"), players must register by completing this form or a paper form which can be found at the Hampshire Lodge Alley (or online via sarniaskittles.leaguerepublic.com).

When 1 year has elapsed without any League activity, the registration will be closed. A further form can be submitted / completed to re-register.

*Players under 18 must have their registration countersigned by a registered adult from their team during this process. A paper form may also be completed in these instances.
